 RCBS Pro-Melt
A large 22-lb. capacity lead melter
suited for pouring most jigs and sinkers of up to 11/2 ounces
in weight. This heavy-duty bottom pour furnace features exceptional
clearance beneath the pouring spout for increased visibility
and ease of operation. The unique mold guide can be adjusted
to most mold designs or easily rotated out of the way. An adjustable
industrial quality thermostat is coupled to a remote sensor on
the bottom surface of the pot for added accuracy and responsiveness.
Set up for right hand or left hand operations. The rate of lead
flow is adjustable for cavities from 1/120 to 11/2 ounces. Note:
As with other bottom pour furnaces, we do not recommend the PRO-MELT
to pour spinner jigs or to pour parts weighing over 11/2 ounces.
The RCBS PRO-MELT is one of the finest bottom pour furnaces we
have used. We highly recommend this unit for use in lead head
jig production when speed and ease of operation are a prime requirement.
