            Dear Directors and Sponsors;
As you can imagine, the calls we are receiving regarding the
Midwest Regional this weekend at Kentucky Lake are starting to
pour in. Members are concerned about leaving their families during
this tragic event in American history. As the leader of this
program, I believe that we should be near our families and our
churches this weekend praying for our country and the families
who have lost their loved ones. We do not want to over-react
but we also feel that the festivities of the tournament will
be deeply overshadowed by these events. We are now officially
announcing, the postponement of the Midwest Regional tournament
and the re-scheduling of it on the same weekend as the Southeast
Regional Sept. 29th and 30th. The Moors Resort facility will
be able to accommodate the change and their are sufficient motels
in the area to handle the increase. We now encourage you to contact
those of your state members who you know that are coming, and
make every effort to save them an unnecessary trip. It will be
posted on the website and we will be calling those whom we know
that have made reservations. Again please make every effort to
contact those whom you know are coming.
May God Bless and protect America!
            Larry.
